Self Cleaning - Firstly "photocatalytic" occurs - the coating reacts with daylight to break down organic dirt.

Then "hydrophilic" happens instead of droplets, rainwater hits the glass and spreads evenly then the water runs off in a "sheet" removing the loosened dirt with it, it also dries without streaks.

Tinted Glass - This reduces the glare of the sun, reflecting the rays. This will reduce the heat entering the conservatory.

Double glazing is as standard but can be up graded to triple glazing.
