Building Regulations – Part L – Conservation of Fuel and Power

In December 2021 Part L came into force. Part L has lowered the U-Value and Energy Ratings on windows and doors. This is for both new builds and renovations. The aim is to create even more energy efficient windows and reduce energy consumption.
